Progress
Ditto Landing is Huntsville's gem on the Tennessee River. We're making
plans to create and develop a showplace that all of Huntsville and Madison
County can be proud of. We hold our board meetings every 2nd Wednesday
of the month...and we'd love to have you join us! Our current minutes
are posted here but past meeting minutes can be reviewed at the administrative
offices during regular business hours.
Great news boaters!! At the Wednesday, June 7th specially called board meeting, plans were finalized to accept a bid, pending TVA, Corp of Engineers, and city approval, for the dredging of the main marina channel back to it's orignal depth of 546' above sea level. For those of you who had depth issues this winter, we do apologize and want you to know that we are doing everything possible to prevent the problem from happening again. Thank you for your patience and continued support as we resolve this issue.
A recent project where great progress has been made is the community
row boat storage facility, made possible primarily by County Commissioners
Mo Brooks and Jerry Craig, this facility will be a great addition to the
Ditto family! We are looking forward to breaking ground on this project
in the near future.
